I had a cigarette fall out of my mouth in urinal at bar once and somehow didn't go out. I picked it back up and kept smoking it.

Definitely not the grossest thing I've seen in a bar though. I worked in Tigerland for almost 4 years during college...I've seen things man...I've seen things

When I was in college some skank was in the men's bathroom stall at some dirty club giving blowjobs to random guys who walked in. Word on the street was she blew 7-8 guys before security asked her to leave. I'm sure Dad was proud.

Friend of mine shite all over himself and passed out in the bathroom stall. We thought he'd met a girl and left. Security found him around 2:15.

Bar in Tuscaloosa had plumbing issues and the whole bar was almost ankle deep in water (that I assume had to have come from one of the bathrooms) and people were just walking around in it with flip flops, sandals, etc.
We walked in, saw it and turned around and walked right back out.
