Someone do that to me they better pray that I die or have permanent amnesia. Because I would ruin their life, in a way they would never recover from.

GTFO. The video cuts out when this animal is still in the shot. He’s still hovering over the guy yelling at him and beating him down. Everyone is probably also still processing what just happened.
It’s also a personal safety issue. The guy is huge aggressive male. What do you want a table full of women to do here? What would you want your female relatives to do?

They'll also scatter when a equal force shows up.

I would pay admission to watch that black guy get dropped into a wood chipper.

Bro why you so mad? All i did was tell the truth. I know who the real racist are!

I think that second kick should put him in for a good bit.

Not mad.
But personal safety has to be considered in these situations. I think it would have been much worse had people jumped in immediately.

So the guy that got punched was (looks) white.
The scumbag that punched him obviously isn't.
Not a damned thing will be done.
Sort of like the white guy killing the homeless man in NOLA.
Is he still out walking around?

Wat?
There is clear tape of the dude sucker punching the old man and kicking him in the head...over words.
In what universe do you live in that you believe that the judicial system lets “not white” (as you put it) people skate over shite like this?

The victim said that he had complimented a woman sitting next to him,
I’m sure it was polite & good natured

I'm watching that video trying to think of a way for the guy's response to be acceptable. I got nothing. Maybe if he called the lady a "slut whore ugly bastard n-word bitch who needs to suck my dic".
But taking into account the older guy's clear calm demeanor as well as sitting a good 10 ft away from her, it's clear that wasn't the case.
Dude needs to serve some legit time. Punching a stranger who did not physically touch you or threaten you is already bad enough, but to then go and kick them in the head should be grounds for attempted murder.

Secondly, and just as important, not one fricking person in the video did anything within that clip to help. Scattered or sat there. Not in this clip, but happens in most videos, those same people will take out their phone to record video though.
I mean I hear what you're saying, but I'm not sure I would jump into the middle of that either. I'm not one to jump into situations like that, it's not like I don't care, but you don't know who does and doesn't have a gun. Instead of getting myself shot id rather call the police.
On the same token, and this may make me a hypocrite, but I would intervene if that older man was a family member such as one of my uncles. I will jump into danger and risk my life to protect loved ones, not so much to protect strangers. That might make me shitty, idk.

The bystander effect, or bystander apathy, is a social psychological claim that individuals are less likely to offer help to a victim when other people are present; the greater the number of bystanders, the less likely it is that one of them will help.

Two questions: Did the offender call the man a racial slur before he sucker punched him then kicked him in the head, and will this be chalked up to Corona if the man dies?
I can't believe some of the comments to that video supporting the thug who punched the guy.
