What are you "supposed" to do, that won't land you in jail? Is the victim somehow now open to am assault charge?
There's no way that little turd is making restitution for the damage.
They expect you to just call a cop, who says to call insurance, so everyone can share in the cost to fix it while the punk gets away to key another day?
