If you haven't done any running like that in a long time or ever of course you're going to be sore. You are using those muscles and joints in ways you haven't before.

Don't run at first. Just walk at a brisk pace for at least several months before you start to jog.
I don't jog anymore at all...just walking for me and the weight has stayed off and the blood pressure has stayed low.
I do some high intensity weights with kettle bells two days a week and walk 3 to 4 days / week.

Like someone said, go get analyzed. Especially at 330, the wrong shoes could wreck your knees and ankles. Couples w 330 that's no Bueno
If I were you, I'd get 3 things - a 24kg kettle bell, a jump rope, and a ab mat. Do some tabata workouts; there are tons of KB workouts you can do. Throw in air squats, push ups, burpees... You will shred fat faster than running and build more muscles. It'll be hard AF at first but if you can make it 2 weeks it will start getting easier and easier
