I hate Costco anyway. The one near me is always packed and the selection and prices aren't all that. I really don't get the hype around the place. Looking forward to getting a WinCo in a couple of months.

Try putting on a maga hat and walking down the street in Portland, or Seattle

Eventually you'll be down to eating that bucket food that Jim Bakker and Alex Jones sell.

Just curious. How old are you? You'd have to be at least 70 to be old enough to have witnessed any of this and had a memory of it.

I'm 43, but my parents and my grandparents lived through it and experienced a lot of it living in Louisiana most of their lives. My grandparents are still alive. They've openly shared their experiences with us whenever we asked about things and I will say it's a damn near miracle that our family was able to advance and grow given the conditions they were faced with back then. I'm forever grateful of the sacrifices that were laid by earlier generations in my family tree. I wouldn't be where I am today without those sacrifices.

As far as I'm concerned they can pull every brand of pimento cheese off their shelves. shite is nasty.

Palmetto is the only decent brand of store bought pimento cheese I've ever had. Is it as good as my mom's modified 1970s Southern Living recipe? No, but it's good enough.

This might be the least surprising thing I've read all day

They don't care if people shop there?

Is it just a money laundering operation or something? I guess that makes sense.

Are pimento cheese companies known as super racist or ignorant or something?

Costco, you mean the place that disenfranchises minorities by forcing them to have an ID to enter the building? No way I'd shop there.
