Funny, but if I make a comment about race, it stems from the a history of white people doing wrong tk black people. If you can a storybook of black people stiffing white waiters, please let me know. Your story would probably start in the 1970s, since minorities were barred from your restaurants before that.

I've waited on innumerable tables that were primarily black...only one tipped me 20%
these two humongous chicks, actually complaining about the service the night before elsewhere...they were also one of my favorite tables ever.
and white people will stiff you, and it's more infuriating because sometimes you don't see it coming. big check, great service, really nice people, what a good table, I really busted my arse for them, zip, nothing, nada
