IIf you tossed a rope or chain around the neck of the horse, how much force would it take? If the bronze is 15 tons, the majority of it is above and placed beyond the narrow hooves that connect it to the base. Wouldn't some of the weight do the work for the protestors? Could a hundred do some damage?
