I'd require a credit card before serving just like Walmart gas pumps run a pre-charge of $150. As long as you require it for everyone, shouldn't be an issue.

If I didn’t know better, I would suspect that you have never run a business before.
Here’s a better solution..stop serving these ghetto arse people who annoy you..of course don’t be obvious about it so you don’t get your arse sued off but make them wait a long time, give them horrible service, server just clicked out..etc
They ruin everything.
