What you should be asking is how are they determining that Acadiana and Monroe are "increasing", and what makes it significant enough to keep the entire state shutdown when Acadiana has 5% of the state's total confirmed cases.
Hell, Lafayette Parish only has a 5% positive test rate. But yeah, we need to keep it locked down because it's "increasing".

Residents and property owners and if you're staying with a resident or property owner you can get in.....the beaches are open as well.
