It's a tool to check the owner of a property to find out info that you don't normally have access.
Found a house in Dutchtown and found out the lady was arrested for assault which would explain why the house was on the market. Behind on payments, house hasn't been kept up, no room to negotiate because she probably 100% financed.(white trash lady)
Another home, Found that the same owner had it for over 20 years, now I have room to negotiate because there's no mortgage that has to be paid off. (under bid and won)
These are tools, maybe a waste of time for Ballers, but maybe something that gives you an advantage if you don't have the cash to throw away.....but frick you regardless.

Yeah, Zillow blows. My old house shows it is like 5000 square feet, so price per sq ft is like $60 bucks in a $130 hood.
Wish I had a 5000sq ft house.
Plus most listing are sold, wrong, or missing.
