I know they stink ,but you aren't supposed to breathe the ozone!!!

what kind did you buy and what was the output ?

mine is 14,000mg per hr and is powerful kick a** strong

I nuked the garage and basement of mold smell etc and mice stench...damn mice got into garage and made a stinky mess...cleaned it right up

the open bag of charcoal and open can of coffee are interesting options too

one could employ more than one method like the vinegar
and first spray down the dash/vinyl areas with a windex products and the glass too . then the carpets could be steamed etc

vinegar spray the liner and vacuum it too

heck just cleaning the glass n vinyl should notch it up a bit...guarantee you'll notice yellow nicotine coming off the glass and that's got stank to it

shampoo carpets and seats, simple green the head liner. Should be good to go.
