Legalization would just bring about a well regulated system in which licenses and other certifications would be required to sell/transport marijuana throughout the state/nation. You will still have plenty of people not willing to abide by these rules because of the money it would require to be on the up and up.

If you say so. What research do I need to do to see that illegal drugs are in fact illegal and there are consequences for using them? Just because you want something to be legal isn't going to make it that way.
