I'm sure they would have been charged with First Degree Murder, if the crime warranted it. A Second Degree Murder conviction carries an automatic life sentence. Not exactly a "light" charge.

You can't charge them with 1st degree murder in this case, well because of the law.

I think these two have been in trouble befor. Its scarry to think of all the other yahoo cops that are out there. I support the police dont get me wrong. Im no BLM person but there are plenty rogue cops also
