Grand Isle Trip

To the OT, for Labor day weekend and the week after, my family and I will be heading to Grand Ilse. How bad is the traffic usually during Labor day wkd? We will be going to New Orleans one day, but not during the weekend. Any ticket traps I should know about or bad traffic? Will be coming down I-65 in AL and hitting I-10 probably.

I dont remember the address but it is near the vistors center and past the shurway. Is the subway there still open? I saw it in 2010, on our honeymoon with my wife, and was like wow, Subway's are everywhere lol

I'll be down there also. Trout fishing will be poo, but redfish should be everywhere and the crabs may still be running.

May have to meet up and do some fishing. I do wanna try crabbing though. I also wanna see how my 17 month old will react to sand lol.
