He just made an executive order granting businesses immunity from civil liability if a customer gets covid. That is what you need for more places to reopen.

They don’t have to “know” they just have to get a lawyer and make a claim and for most companies it’s cheaper to settle.

Arkansas never completely shut down. Today they moved to Phase 2 of re-opening as the numbers are skyrocketing.

Does Arkansas report like LA with cases from months ago getting dumped into the numbers? Is testing increasing? Are hospitalizations increasing at an alarming pace?
The case numbers don't mean much by themselves.
