I'm guessing you have to check in or use maps to get there? Mine says 0 location history.

I clicked your link and Google popped up the login page for a google account that is only accessed by a wifi-only iPad that never leaves the home. I'm like, WTF ??
But I do have a never-used gmail account that is currently set to push to my phone, but I never login to check because it is not my primary email, and I don't know what it shows because I forgot my password.
So, I don't know what to do now.
