Diversity of thought is absolutely unwelcome.
I’d be willing to bet that the average conservative voter has a more diverse friend group (gays, minorities, highly educated, disabled, wealthy/poor) than your average progressive voter.
How racist to think that just because you have 12 Asian women sitting around a table that they all think the same way and have the same life experience.

So how does he feel about battlefield commands and operations. If you have a mission and you need a Sniper, an infantryman, and 2 medics. However all your black soilders are snipers do you listen to the diversity and go 2 snipers to make sure your squad if fully represented
