I think he is around 5% chance to be kept. he has to do these things to be kept 1. win out the rest of the way, another post bama collapse and he has zero chance.

2. He has to fire BDP which i think was coming, fire grimes, fire moffitt, and bring in Lane or someone on the Lane Kiffin level.

If he does those things then he has a good chance especially if Herman or Jimbo tell us no thanks. The good is it keeps our D staff, it keeps our recruiting class, and we can quickly compete.

I have a feeling O has sold this vision to joe and the decision makers.

If he fails to win out though then you have to really make a run at Herman or Jimbo.
