Someone pulling on my door like that? No questions asks that weapons are drawn and possibly fired. That said, I hope the dude is not dead.

I had a cousin who was murdered by her lunatic ex-husband. The dude was determined to kill her and did it. The only thing stopping someone like that is a bullet.

No. Because you made a presumptive statement claiming to know the exact state of mind of the father, and that the father had a premeditated desire to kill the 22 year adult male. And now you are assuming the fathers FIRST course of action was to shoot when you refuse to acknowledge the audio evidence that he FIRST verbally warned the 22 year adult male to stop breaking down his fricking door. And then he warned him again. And again. And again. And you continue to call a 22 year adult male a kid.

I was looking at the guys face and eyes. Do we know if he was drunk or on drugs? A year away from a broken relationship and the guys shows up and does this. There is more to the story.
