Currently ranked 28th in NFL Pick Em even after an awful weekend being 6-5 with one game to go

Morning BB. Back from my fishing vacation. I am 59th after two bad weeks. I also did 6-5 this week. No idea how someone is 10-1 on those games yesterday.

Like all of you, we are about to get the arctic blast down here. I am hearing 38 in the morning which has to be some kind of record for this date. It is the talk of the town in my circles.

Hope you all have a great day and stay warm.

Good Morning y'all.

Guinea hens and turkeys munching on feed corn in the back field. Birds of different feathers get along as long as there's food.

Had to put my truck in the shop yesterday because the heat quit working - found out the hard way in the snow and the windows kept fogging. I had no defrost or heat.

Check out the traffic in Indianapolis this morning - first snow of the year and they're wreckin.

Good morning OTers

Man it was a great week. We fished inshore in Sarasota on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Wednesday was good up in the bushes for Snook and Reds. The tide was high enough to get some water in the mangroves so we fished live pin fish up there and did very well with the cruisers. Thursday and Friday we actually mostly fished for trout and did some bridge fishing. The tides were low most of the day until later in in the afternoon so no bush beating. Trout are plentiful here but the average size is not what it is up in LA. We have to run through a lot of smaller fish to get a limit of 15-19 inchers. We fished artificial baits for them both days.

Saturday we got a great window to go offshore so we headed 18-20 miles out and pounded the HogFish, grouper and snapper. Also caught a big shark (frick those things) and various others but we were targetting hogs.

Look at these white hog fish fillets we seared up last night. Honestly the perfect fish to eat.

The only fish that I have yet to eat in Florida, I think they're out of season every time I am there.
