The hot chicks that used to become secretaries/personal assistants/stewardesses are now going to college. They don’t have aspirations to become engineers or doctors, so they major in elementary education or liberal arts and become teachers.

My kid’s school had a male principal. Dude was hiring babes fresh out of college. When he left, the new female principal went back to hiring mediocre looking teachers.
