I'm still amazed that there weren't state police and JPSO staged all over the damn place waiting for him when he was heading toward Jefferson Parish. Wonder if St. Charles forgot to put out a call or something.

It happened right at the SCP and JP border on the east bank in st rose.
Let's not act like this started on the west bank and there was a chase across the hale Boggs bridge.

For some reason I thought WWL Radio reported the guy escaped from the jail and stole the vehicle then wrecked it and stole another vehicle at the crash site.
