Could be your mattress or could be your pillow. What kind and how many pillows do you sleep on? I used to sleep with my head on 2 pillows and would wake up sore then I bought a tempurdic pillow and only sleep on one and it's made all the difference in the world.

No it's the mattress. I've tried one and two pillows. One is filled with water. It sounds like a stomach when I move it.
