Might have to drive down to Laughlin to do something like that. The river is actually a decent level. You can get jetskis, boats etc, there.

Change your hotel. You are over by Naked City which is not a good area. You are also very detached from the heart of the Strip. Going out of your casino and walking around isn't much of an option.

Car Museum at Imperial palace is pretty bad arse and one of the largest anywhere, if your into that sort of thing.

The bar at the top has a great view too. Don't be a sucker and pay to go to the top. Just tell them you're going to the bar for drinks and you go up for free.

Here's a good one for you...hike down to the Arizona hot springs just south of the Hoover dam. Been here before and it's amazingly beautiful. It's an adventure for sure though. Read all of this link then research more on your own. I went with someone who knew where to go, but I'm not sure how obvious it would have been otherwise. Seriously though, plan ahead.
