And LaGrange is a sweet little town. Some of my really good friends live there.

Two of my wife's close college friends live here. One is actually in West Point. But that's close enough.

I believe that. The Judds were special. Losing Naomi still hurts.

Wynonna can absolutely bring it. Still. She's low-key always been one of my favorites. Woman can sing her arse off.

Does Colin Raye have any decent songs that aren’t cheesy heartstring tugging ballads? “Love me” and “holes in the floor of heaven” made me change the radio station back in the day.

There’s a super cute popsicle shop on the square (I think that’s where it is anyways) and they were soooo good.

I mean- how good can a popsicle be right?! But frfr- they were amazing.

Every single of theirs that hit radio went at least top-10. 14 went #1.

They were them.

And Wynonna had 6 #1's of her own.

I got 16 speakers across my back dash
A little bobbing dog watching everybody pass
Dual antenna whipping in the wind
Lord there ain't a country station that I can't tune in.

Damnit that’s a great line up down memory lane.
Collin Raye can flat out sing. They all have huge hits. Tippin’s nasally voice was annoying but “That’s as close as I’ll get” , “Stars and Stripes and Eagles Fly (or whatever it’s called), Nothing Wrong with the Radio etc were all great though.
Collin and Sammy have too many to list. Great show. Have a good time! Wish I knew earlier it was only a drive down 85 to see it!

Just under an hour drive for us.

Sammy at the concert:

"You guys here to hear some country music. Because they don't play it much on the radio anymore."

That’s My Story was a great song as was Little Red Rodeo at the time
Neither were ballads but since you mentioned it I went back and looked and yea he had a ton of ballads that were awesome not gonna lie.
Little Rock
One Boy, One Girl
In This Life
Love, Me
I can still feel you (not really a ballad.. more a trying to be pop song)

Dude could/can sing
