So, this tard, who can’t even speak proper English, is on the school board? That’s a little ironic.
"Usual Suspects" plot twist - The guy is highly educated and has been playing the dumb redneck role for years.
He's the Kaiser Soze of the county.

It was a quick side-hug and a common form of casual affection
In different circumstances I might agree.
This was a student and a board of education member that apparently had no previous relationship.
You have to know you shouldn’t tell her she’s hot and give her a hug.

Am I wrong in that I thought he was commenting on her being hot as in "on fire" because she was asking really good questions, and he sort of touched her and made the "TSSS" sound like people have done for decades? Maybe I need to watch the video again, but I thought that was what he did and it wasn't him saying she's hot as in physically attractive.
Because if it's the former, then this is blown completely out of proportion and shouldn't be a big deal. Obviously it's different if he was essentially hitting on an underage girl and publicly telling her how hot she is. And obviously it's sort of stupid of him to do in this day in age even if his comment was supposed to be innocuous.

Definitely not what happened here

Okay, then yeah...the outrage makes more sense then.
I remember thinking the explanation was at least plausible. But if he was openly and publicly (which is embarrassing for the kid) talking about her attractiveness, then that's a whole different ballgame.

I dunno. If he was trying to perv on her, he sure could have been more subtle about it. He kinda comes off as a low intelligence fella trying to say she was impressive and attractive and went about it in a dumb way. I didnt get a rapey vibe watching it. More like aw shucks, you sure is purdy and smart!
I think that may be impossible unless the man is gay.

Then this is some of that private, high fence hunting ground.

Even IF that’s what happened, perception is reality. He should know how that looks, regardless of his intentions.

They need to dig through this guy's phone and laptop.

As a father of two daughters It’s people like this that validate my actions. I’d have zero issue spending a chunk of my life in prison after taking that trash out.

as a fellow father of two daughters, i would advise against doing something that would send you to jail just because a creepy dude called one of your daughters hot. i think you are better value in the home.
