No idea and growing up I remember customer service reps couldn't wait to help and they were mostly female at dept stores.

When HD first opened and the years following the reps were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable Some were retired from being a contractors and others were sick of being in the construction business.Didnt mater they were all very happy to help and enjoyed their jobs

The HD and Lowe’s in Katy are fine too. I prefer Lowe’s bc HD is more crowded.

The Lowe's in Gonzales is clown shoes. Home Depot isn't much better but Lowe's is really bad. But like everyone else said. Who do you think applied and got these jobs?? Very few people work here that had any sort of knowledge on anything. It's just better than Mc Donald's. That's all the world is turning into. People that suck and are lazy but they need workers. The people at Lowe's are border line window lickers though. Good lord they suck. ESP the old hag that works the self check out. She is one un happy specimen. I have seen people just leave their shite and walk joy from having to deal with her stupidity and rudeness. Need to put her sweeping floors
