I wish there was a one-cure system for TMJ but it seems like each person has their own individual treatment path. Glad botox works for you, I have a feeling they're going to suggest that in a few weeks at my next appt. Has yours been tolerable recently?
Another solution I've found is to go lie on the beach, soak up the sun, and not think about anything. The vitamin D helps

regular botox injections has been a life saver for me throughout the process for me.
