Oh, I can pop my own hips usually. They just get rotate up and forward where one leg is significantly shorter. That’s when I can’t do it myself. I really need to make post match stretching a priority as I get older.

When I came to BR a few weeks ago I was at 242. This morning I hit that scale at 233. Some versions of the BMI bullshite say I need to get to 232 and some say 228 to not be obese.

One of my friends with Crohn’s ended up with a very rare complication and ended up in liver failure as a result. She’s on year 9 with her transplant - 9 more years as a wife, mom, daughter, sister and friend.
I have a special place in my heart for Crohn’s pts- and organ donation.
