Good morning folks. Congrats. Redstick, on being a needed employee that produces something of value.
Might I suggest that, with everyone above your head being fired, that you go log in and give yourself the raise you deserve? Not baller money, but enough to properly compensate you for the fine job you do.

Tidal, I have a kid interning who plays a little Electric and acoustic. He visited a guitar store the other day and one of the wise old musicians was holding court. The discussion went to first tunes learned and the older guy began to play Smoke on the Water.
The kid said he was playing it wrong. Out of respect, he did not call him out. CSB, but true.

Hey Hangit.Kids or Teenagers learn so much faster than us old farts.
A couple of years ago I gave my beginners books to a 14 year old.Within a year he had progressed to playing better than I'll ever play.

I would prefer Romania but if the position in Houston opens up first I'll have to take it. Now would be a bad time to turn down a job offer and it would be a good offer. I'd be managing all of North America so I'd at least get free trips taround Canada and the US. Not to keen on moving back to Houston tho.
