Good morning, JD

I think because I walked when my knee was giving me fits. The pain changed my gait and now my knee is much better but my right foot is awful. Laid up kinda awful. I wish I would have listened to my body and backed off for a day or two instead of getting to a point where every step is painful.

I have learned a valuable lesson for my future self, so there’s that.
