re: Global warming might be real

Back in my youth, we didn't even have A/C, just a big arse belt driven window fan and it was still hot as frick in that old house.

Solar cycles have a much greater impact on our climate than anything man can do.

Global Warming is real.

Man made global warming is a scam.

Its the sun. When the Sun is active the earth gets warmer.

The government denies this, they admit it gets warmer when the sun is more active... They admit IN THE PAST that ice ages were are a result of earth orbit slightly varying around the sun. But now cooling and warming has nothing to do with the sun, sure OK.

It is sort of like watching John Oliver, he points out real problems (not always, but often enough) but always comes up the solution of more government to fix it... and 90% of the time government is the PROBLEM.

But IN THE PAST, as best we can tell, it took 10s or 100s of thousands of years for the earth to warm as much as it has in the last 100.

I know it's a comic so whatever, but this puts into perspective the changes we're seeing. Obviously the data it's based on from the far past is not at the high resolution and accuracy of recent data, so there will always be people who doubt it until it's way, way too late.
