7.5 on the White Trash Scale.

I don't doubt that there is a law against it, I just think it's a stupid law. There was also a law against sodomy (maybe there still is). The tint law is for safety purposes, I don't think a pair of truck nuts or a sticker that says "frick" would ever put someone's life in harms way.
I'm not a proponent of censorship. When you censor words, you're just empowering them.

This state really should enforce it's obscenity laws regarding bumper stickers, etc.
This is why out of state visitors see parts of this state as trashy.
While the oil fielder is a douche, YOU are what's wrong with this country.
Bunch of pansies who want the government to shield them from the world.
As for scratching it off, you do realize the percentage of unsolved murders in Louisiana right?

I thought the same thing until I had kids.
Freedom of speech and obscenity are two different things.
I don't need to be shielded from a damn thing, and could give a shite less what you say or watch on TV in your trailer park. I don't want my kids seeing that trashy crap. The back window of a vehicle is public display.
If someone would consider killing another over the removal of a sticker, then this world is truly fricked.

I always find it ironic when people get their panties in a wad decrying someone else's opinion.
If only everyone could just agree with you right?

Oh the you don't have kids argument. Sucks for you, shouldn't have produced them.

"Oil rig honey spending ole rig money"
Or some shite like that? Trashy as frick

When someone's opinion is to shite on the first amendment, yes. Any non defamatory speech not meant to incite a riot is protected, whether you like it or not.
Who gets to draw the line?
Truck guy is trashy, no doubt about it. But I'll fight tooth and nail for his right to be trashy.
As for killing someone for scraping off a sticker, I'm sure more than a few leople have died for vandalizing pick up trucks in this country.

Your kids are going to see/hear the word frick, if they haven't already. If they have, why does it bother you that they see it again? It's a teaching opportunity for you, you can let them know how trashy that person is, and how that person is an "anti-role model".

That would require actually speaking to his kids. Something parents these days have a hard time doing.

No decent girl would go near that.
