I'm confused. The Multi-graind person implied that Kita was being hypocritical but it was Infrared who said that about Asians, not Kita.

You want to test a person "greater than thou" stance? Throw em in in restaurant on a Friday night. Tell them that no matter what happens, their tables are always right and they will never be supported by Management in argument.
Then watch their whole world be lit on fire right before their eyes.

Yeah, the SJW liberals change their minds quickly after working in the customer service industry servicing them.
In my experience 1 out of 10 minority contractors I sell material to through my stores can pay their bills on time compared to 100% of latinos pay me cash upfront, and white contractors 8 out of 10 pay their bills on time.
It is funny they come in wanting the best price, whine the most especially when you cut their account off, wanting to be first on deliveries, and they buy the cheapest products. Really more hassle than what they are worth.
In outdoor power equipment they get an entry level trimmer, mower, and blower to go out to do commercial work. These items are meant for the a residential customer not meant for daily use. They bring them back after the season jacked up, full of mud, tore up, and they want their money back. I tell them sorry we cannot take it back. They wine and I have security remove them from my property. I will end up seeing them next year due to no one else wants to deal with them.

If there was one job I always refused to work, it was as a server. I've seen plenty of patrons from another patron's point of view treat their servers like utter dog shite. One time some self-entitled blonde soccer mom whore and her little princess teenage bitch gave this poor girl who had obviously been working a long shift utter hell for no reason. The restaurant was really busy and the staff was short handed due to a hurricane that year. She went on and on about how terrible of a server she was and absolutely humiliated her in front of everyone in the restaurant. Of course, the bitch was lying. I had been there before her. The server was very nice, professional and was doing the best she could. At some point I had enough and told her to shut her mouth and told the manager she was being unnecessarily rude. I also told the manager if the server was fired, his boss would hear from me. After that I swore I would never work in a restaurant. For some damn reason people are so impatient and think they are entitled to be treated like royalty. You're not special, you're not entitled to anything, sit down, eat, shut the frick up.

I was raised in a family of blue collar workers and I volunteer in the industry today. Most people I talk to have a similar experience based on race.
Stereotypes don't perpetuate because we are racist, they perpetuate because they are reinforced by real life experiences.

I disagree, to a certain extent.
If I'm a customer at your establishment, I'm entitled to decent service. That entails basics, i.e., keeping my water glass full, checking on me from time to time (but not hovering) to see if I need anything, and being available when I'm ready for the check. You don't necessarily HAVE to be pleasant, but that does go a long way with me. If you, as a server, can maintain those easy standards, you can expect a minimum of 20-25% from me.
That being said, as a customer, I don't have a right to be rude to somebody who's just trying to do their job, especially in trying circumstances (and you can usually tell, it's pretty obvious to anyone who's even mildly observant). Courtesy doesn't cost you a thing.
If my server has a shitty attitude and sucks at his/her job, it'll be reflected in his/her tip as well, and I just won't return to the establishment.

if anything you want to take extra care of the druggie because 1. they are more than likely going to tell you to keep the change because tha'ts one less time they have to go in their pants pocket to expose whatever durgs they have on them and 2. most likely have or know someone who have worked in the service industry
