I mean, y’all do what makes you happy... I don’t see a huge upside to forcing a hug.
If it’s big in the family— I guess encourage it, and I won’t freak if grandma snags a hug... but BFD if an uncle or cousin gets skipped because kids uncomfortable

I don't care who is or isn't hugged. What blows my mind is the girl friggin Scouts feeling like it is their place to issue a statement on the matter.
