I would love to hear the chicks version of this story. I am guessing she would tell us how some creepy dude watches her out of the corner of his eye during class. That he got all pissy when she refused giving her personal info after he tried to get her email with an offer to give her his notes. IMO OP likes her and is pissed she isn't returning the interest.

The adult thing to do would be to email her and just be straight. She's a mooch, but no need to take it to another level. Had she done you wrong in some fashion then I'd see sabatoging her.

Simple. Give her the notes, see how she interacts with you afterwards. If no change, then let her think she can get the notes from you again before the next test and tell her no.

This is an easy decision. Tell her yall should meet at your place to study. Shell get more out of it. After boning her during said study sesh (which is pretty much sure thing) ask her to bring a couple of her friends out with you and your buddies
