My staff makes me a ton of money and I have also changed their lives substantially.

Continue your tradition of same gift level for all employees of the same achievement level, position, or length of employment. Avoid the risk of causing friction within the office because one employee found out that their gift from the boss wasn't as nice as what someone else got.
