Gift recommendation for helpful insurance clerk?

I had a problem with my car insurance that was not getting resolved. I went to the local office of the company and talked to a girl there, explained the problem and she called the home office to try to straighten it out. At first she had no luck, but emailed up the chain of command and finally got the problem resolvedoing in my favor.
I feel she went above and beyond the call of duty to correct my issues. I feel like I would like to express my appreciation to her by giving her a gift. I feel it would be crass of me to give her cash. She is I would say around mid 20s, married, and has a baby about 6 months old. Sorry, I don't have pics, but she is pretty cute.
What would the OT suggest as an appropriate gift? A gift card? What place? Around $20-30.

Best gift would be no gift.

Just do a pre-paid VISA. She can spend it anywhere

Starbucks gift cards are my go-to for things like this- but don't forget to tell her boss that you had a great experience!
ETA: I would probably give a $15 one in this case... more than that and it seems a bit overboard.

Did she though? If there was a problem and she made it right, is that above and beyond?

This. I'm in a similar industry I guess, although on a different scale and I would feel uncomfortable receiving a gift. If you have to, I guess a 10 Starbucks gift card with a note to have a cup of coffee on you.

Short Thank You Note to her, or even a note to her boss saying how much you appreciate the work she did for you.
She might get a good performance review, and possibly a raise.
