Hey man, I got diagnosed 13 years ago.. I have been fighting this for 13 years.. It has come back 5 times.. You can beat this! Stay positive be strong have faith FIGHT pray and have a good attitude! If you have any questions on anything let me know.. Don't hesitate to contact me. I have spoken with so many people with this disease. Ill definitely put you in my prayers! Try now to stress or worry or get down.. It's not good for the body. Stay positive and know that this is just a little speed bump in your life!

Don't worry about the CT scans. It is minimal radiation, and will never effect you. It is more important to image your disease. Don't listen to to Internet experts. Your doctor knows what is best for you.

Unfortunately, a lot of us will have to deal with this in our lives, but I just can't imagine the psychological agony that this process must put on a person...

It was discovered when my lymph nodes started to swell up. I have used tobacco in the past and I have drank my share of alcohol. Doctor said neither of these 2 were a contributing factor.

Joined navy in 1990 per profile, so solid guess is early to mid- 40s
