So if a restaurant automatically added an 18% tip to all black people's bills you'd be good with that too? They would still be able to eat in the restaurant

Not true. Everyone (hopefully) can get old. You can also choose to serve in the armed forces.
No one can choose which race they are. This is textbook discrimination.
