No doubt, but even if she did, the ME says the kid was too emaciated to live anyway. If it was a pattern of the mom purposely not feeding the child, it wouldn't have mattered if she were home or not

She probably wasn't smart enough to realize that the child could actually DIE from malnutrition. I doubt she would have given up that meal ticket. This story is really weird.

It's not taking your statement out of context, your premise was that because she was working she had some since of duty and want to take care of the child. You don't have a fricking clue why she was working though, as others pointed out she could have just been a druggy, and to correlate her working with a want to take care of the child is off base.

Do you know what “like” or “as if” means? Not in the valley girl way.
I said “it’s like she was providing” meaning it had the appearance of. Like I’ve said in several other posts, normally these types of trash people don’t work and just get benefits from the state. Hence the confusion.

She didn't decide one day to go kill her kid. There's a difference.
She obviously ate food at the house. It is hard to believe she didn't give the kid any leftovers or scraps or whatever. That's why I'm assuming the writer of the article purposely left something out to gain page views
