that has got to be revenue.

but from what I understand of the drug trade, most of the cost was paying off everyone.

, the Medellín drug cartel was smuggling fifteen tons of cocaine a day, worth more than half a billion dollars, into the United States. According to Roberto, he and his brother's operation spent $2500 a month purchasing rubber bands to wrap the stacks of cash, storing most of it in their warehouses; 10% had to be written-off due to "spoilage" by rats that crept in at night and nibbled on the hundred dollar bills

Jung attened USM for a brief period. I'd like to think he got his start on the mean streets of Hattiesburg. To the Top!

It'd make a good movie about him being released from prison and seeing how much the world of drugs has changed and not for the better. I read his book too. Great stuff.

Call me crazy but I would guess that a few hundred million could solve this problem!

That guy was the true scene stealer in the movie. Best doped up dirtbag this side of Tony Montana.

Did he kill someone? Did he strong arm people?

Maybe. Maybe not.

He did get caught smuggling drugs, and went to prison. He got out, got caught smuggling drugs, and went to prison. He got out, and got caught smuggling drugs. Now he's getting out again.

I find it funny that this guy gets so much sympathy from people, because of how shite was depicted in a mediocre movie.

It was the soundtrack to the movie. It set the emotional tone. Any drug dealer is going to look cool with Blinded By The Light playing in the background.

Watch Cocaine Cowboys Reloaded on Netflix. Talks about Barry Seal's involvement with Jon Roberts and goes into way more detail than the first one.

Worth the watch. And BTW I agree with Hustling with the Godmother. It was weak and looked a bit rushed.
