General Contractor Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a good general contractor for a renovation/addition in the New Orleans area?
Looking for someone who can come up with some feasible ideas & plans as well as perform the actual construction.
Also, any ideas on the current price per SF for a renovation/addition? Is $100/SF reasonable?
TIA

Max Ryan of Ryan Renovations is working on my house right now and is the only contractor my parents ever used. Very trustworthy.

Royal Crest Construction. The owner/general contractor is a civil engineer too, so that helps.
