Most of the national personal lines carriers will farm straightforward claims out to in-house counsel. They may get outside counsel for complex liability or significant damages/coverage.

I just heard of someone in Lafayette hitting Liberty Mutual in-house counsel with a jury verdict of $2.6 million.

Been with geico since I was 18 years old in the military and never had a problem with them.

In my experience, it’s usually loss of future wages or a loss or earnings capacity that gets the numbers pretty high pretty quickly.

I get 5 or 6 mailings every week from State Farm agents.

They go into the recycling bin.

I wish there was a way to stop this.
