Not really a brawl. Some extremely drunk (and possibly hot) chicks throwing their shoes into the pavement while stumbling around flailing their arms at people and couple of gay dudes just pulling them down by their hair here and there and chuckling a bit.

I sure would like to know the whole backstory on this fight.
I can't think of anything other than maybe they were lived very close to each other in an apartment building and had a long-simmering feud going on over various things that neighbors fight about.
My guess that this fight is the culmination of something like the Lee Martin shooting by a neighbor.
If it were nighttime, then I'd guess some dispute originating in a night club, but, this is broad daylight.
One thing for sure, it was an epic sissy-fight BUT the blonde and brunette girls showed some serious desire to win that fight.
