Keystone XL =/= an entire industry, which is what you claimed.
It cancels a relatively cheap and efficient transportation method, but an entire industry, it is not.

Biden is so bad for shale producers that Pioneer Natural Resources is up nearly 15% since the start of the year. Whole industry is being EO'd out of existence yet the S&P Energy sector has been the best performing sector in 2021 by nearly 3 fold.
