I guess he is way too stupid to figure this out.
You boycott the named businesses that employ a lot of African Americans their hours get cut if business is slow.
As far as BRPD, the money from the dept comes from general fund and if they require BRPD to live inside BR then unicorporated EBRP funds should not go toward BRPD.
This shows maybe the City of Baton Rouge needs to have its own council and own budget and EBRP needs a separate council.
He is for NBR then why doesn't he still live in NBR?
What is he doing to keep white owned companies and corporations from leaving NBR?
Instead of saving the hand (businesses that employ people) from leaving, he is making it easier for them to justify leaving.
