My Mom sent me her login info so I logged in to her account since I didn't get an error, and it moved me to #1 in the queue because she had already been there... then it gave that same error you got. Then it reset her queue and it was 2000+. frick it.

They're not adding seats. The seats you see pop up are seats people were holding on to on the pay and buy screen and gave up.

F5 refresh your browser after you get the error. I had floor seats pop up that wasn’t there before and grabbed them. It also updates the available seats

yeah frick Ticketmaster. got the bullshite "make sure you're logged in" when right there on the same page it's saying Hello Comic. So how in the frick am I not logged in.

It's like Ticket Master has never held a big event with high demand. I finally was set to Pick seats and got an error message that had me back at the end of the line.

Don't know if there are any fixes.
Between the app being down due to technical difficulties and the various errors when selecting tickets. Ticketmaster fricking blows.

Log out and go back to the queue. Then you'll get the same error message when you get in.
My best advice: Get on facebook and say "Anybody got extra tickets?" Because for whatever reason, ticketmaster has deemed us unworthy to buy tickets.

Yeah my dad was trying to get more and would get to the final confirmation multiple times and it would say you exceeded your number of tickets allowed
