That is how you do it though, keep making bunches of $1 gambles.

That’s how I learned so much.
Let’s say I bought this radio for $1 dollar today and it worked. I look it up and find out it’s worth $25, but the Panasonic one from Back to the Future one brings $200+.

Just got the weight on the 10k gold ring. It weighs 2.6 grams, at $24.40 a gram, that’s $63

This thing will get you 250 bucks pretty easily on the RC forums or Ebay.

Classic RC car from back in my teen years. Team Associated RC10 pan car. Looks to be in great shape. Throw it up and watch it go. Vintage RC guys eat this stuff up.

Thank me later.

I figured $200+. I felt like a jackass trying to negotiate down from $40 to $30, especially since I don’t negotiate prices on one item very much.

I love these threads bro. Keep them coming. Remember the figs that are shitting on you. Save some screenshots of your auction wins for some "Scoreboard Bitches!" pimp slaps when they hate on you.

I finally started looking at it. It’s from 1984.

Only one is Lionel and it’s new. It was $25 new, price is still on it.

That price sticker is the tag and handwriting of Bill Harrison of S&W Part Supply...I probably spent $100k over a 10 year period with him—I know those price tags well!!

He used to operate the train shop part time out of his garage on Folse Dr., one block east of Transcontinental Dr., and it was floor to ceiling O-gauge trains. He moved to Schenectady, NY about 6 years ago, taking his part time business with him.

The K-Line cars are probably worth a bit more than the MTH and Lionel, as they are aluminum and close to “scale”. The Lionel caboose was made in 1996.

Good buy.

Yeah, I looked them all up. Looks like the BASF one should bring the highest, about $50.
Funny thing, when I got to the garage sale, I saw those handwritten price tags, and I thought, “Man, this dude is asking retail!”
I walk around and later pass by the cars again. He put a sign, “$4 each”.
