The anti-Israel marking near the cop’s feet seems to have been there for a while because it’s faded somewhat. I would wager that pre-dates the Nazi stuff but supports the feelings of the building’s tenants so it wasn’t removed.
I wish I could tell what it says just to the left of the Israel graffiti.
